If you cancel your registration 30 days or more before the event you will be provided with a full refund of any fees paid to us for the event, subject to deduction for an administration fee of $25.00 USD. All cancellations must be via email to info@openmetaverseclub.com . DIBI will not provide any refund where you cancel your registration less than 30 days before the event or fail to attend the event for any reason. However, DIBI will accept substitutions for employees from within your organization. You must email any substitutions to info@openmetaverseclub.com prior to the date of the event.
